Festive Mall

  1. What are some brands we can expect to find at OTH?

            Festive Mall at OTH is a convenience mall that features more than 100 stores (26 of which operate 24 hours a day), such as NTUC Fairprice, Guardian, Orchid Bowl, Si Chuan Dou Hua, Rumah Makan Minang, Starbucks Reserve, Commons, Miniso, and Challenger Mini.   2. What are the operating hours of the stores?

            The operating hours of most shops are from 10am to 10pm except the 26 stores that open 24 hours a day

  3. Which are the stores that are operating 24 hours?

            NTUC Fairprice, Pizza Hut Express, Starbucks, My Briyani House, Encik Tan and selected stalls within the Hawker Centre are among the tenants that operate 24 hours.

  4. Are there any halal-certified eateries at OTH?

            Yes, we have 16  eateries at OTH that are halal certified. They are KFC, Pizza Hut Express, Commons, Eatz19 Express, Encik Tan, , I AM, My Briyani House, Old Chang Kee, Polar Puffs & Cakes, Qi Ji Express, Rumah Makan Minang, Saap Saap Thai, Swee Heng 1989 Classic, Tenderfresh Classic, The Pizzerian and Toasties.

OTH PAssion Card

  1. What is the OTH PAssion Card about?

            Please refer to application form. Forms are found at all Information Centres / Counter.

            The OTH PAssion Card is a limited edition PAssion Card that is released to commemorate the official launch of Our Tampines Hub. The OTH PAssion Card is an adult EZ-link card and cannot be used for concessionary fares travel for public transport by Senior Citizen, NSmen, Students and Children.

  2. What are the benefits of the PAssion - OTH Commemorative Card?

            OTH PAssion Card members will get to enjoy great discounts on courses and activities available at all Community Clubs and other PA outlets such as Water-Venture.

            On top of the exclusive discounts at more than 1,000 PAssion Merchant outlets, members can also enjoy exclusive discounts and promotions when they shop at OTH.

            In summary, the OTH PAssion Card allows member to enjoy the following benefits:

    • Enjoy Members’ Rates and privileges at all the CCs and other PA outlets;
    • Enjoy further 2% off Members’ Rates if members pay by the PAssion - OTH Card for CC courses or activities;

  3. How do I apply for the OTH PAssion Card?

            Registration will be facilitated at the Public Service Centre from 7 August 2017 till 31 December 2017.

  4. What is the membership fee for the OTH PAssion Card?

            The PAssion - OTH Commemorative Card membership fee is $12 (for ages between 18 and 59 years old) or $10 (for ages below 18 years old and 60 years and above years old) for 5 years.

            Applicants will receive $15 Festive Mall Voucher (issued in denominations of $5 vouchers) upon registration, while stocks last. The vouchers will be valid till 31 December 2018 and redeemable at all retail tenants at Festive Mall (except POSB Bank, Learning Kidz, Raffles Dental, Raffles Medical and QB House), I Am and  Hawker Centre.

            The above fee does not include any ez-link stored value.

  5. How long do I have to wait for my OTH PAssion Card?

            The card will be sent to your mailing address in up to 8 weeks’ time.

  6. I am an existing PAssion Card holder. What will happen to my PAssion Card and the status of my TapForMore points when I apply for my OTH PAssion Card?

            You can continue to use your existing PAssion Card(s) as it can co-exist with your PAssion - OTH Card. You can also continue to earn and redeem TapForMore (TFM) points on the respective PAssion Cards.

            You will not be able to transfer TFM points from your existing PAssion Card(s) to the OTH PAssion Card nor combine the TFM points earned from the various cards.

  7. Can I enjoy the benefits exclusive to OTH PAssion Card before my Card arrives?

            You will not be able to enjoy the exclusive benefits before the card arrives. However, we can download Our Tampines Hub mobile app to discover Festive Mall’s latest promotions and offers. 

  8. What should I do if my OTH PAssion Card is damaged, e.g. due to wear and tear (referring to physical condition of the card) or if I had lost my OTH PAssion Card?

            You may approach any Community Clubs or OTH Public Service Centre for assistance if your card is damaged. Please note that a replacement fee of $7.50 will be applicable. The replacement card will be mailed to you in about 4 weeks.

            You may also submit your request at the CC or OTH Public Service Centre to recover any remaining travel value in your card. Any remaining value will be refunded to you via bank transfer or to another adult ez-link card after 28 working days. For the case of damaged card, card will be retained by the CC or OTH Public Service Centre.

            Your TapForMore (TFM) points will be transferred to the replacement card and you can continue earning TFM points on the replacement card upon receipt of the card.

  9. What should I do if my OTH PAssion Card is defective (when card cannot be read at the transit devices)?

        You may approach any Community Clubs or OTH Public Service Centre for assistance if your card is faulty. There is no replacement cost if the card is found to be faulty, else a replacement fee of $7.50 will be applicable. The replacement card will be mailed to you in about 4 weeks.

        You may also submit your request at the CC or OTH Public Service Centre to recover any remaining travel value in your card. Any remaining value will be refunded to you via bank transfer or to another adult ez-link card after 28 working days. The faulty card will be retained by the CC or OTH Public Service Centre.

        Your TapForMore (TFM) points will be transferred to the replacement card and you can continue earning TFM points on the replacement card upon receipt of the card.

  1. How do I download the app?

            Step 1: Open your App Store or Goggle Play

            Step 2: Search for ‘Our Tampines Hub’ application

    • For IOS, tap ‘Get’ to download and install the app
    • For Android, tap ‘Install’ to download and install the app


  2. How do I earn points and get rewarded?

The app also allows users to earn points and get rewarded when they use the app.

        OTH Rewards Program is a cardless rewards program that rewards you with points when you use the mobile app. The reward points are accumulated through your personal mobile device. With every 150 points, you will receive a $5 Festive Mall voucher. For more details, please download our app and refer to the ‘FAQs’ tab.

4. Who can I approach to ask about any other matters relating to the hub?

        You may approach any staff at the Information Counter at Level 1, or our hub ambassadors wearing a grey OTH t-shirt with the word ‘Ambassador’ at the back of the T-shirt.

5. How do I get in touch with the management of the hub?

6. I want to be a volunteer with OTH. How do I go about doing that?

7. How many car parks lots does the hub have?

        The hub has 1400 sheltered car park lots located at Basements 1 and 2.

8. Where are the pick-up points in OTH for vehicles to access?

        Pick up and Drop off points are located along Ave 4 and Ave 5.

9. Where is the taxi stand located in OTH?

        Taxi stand is located at North Plaza via Tampines Walk (Code: I51).

10. Will OTH have season parking?

        Yes, OTH have season parking available for Stakeholders, OTH Tenants and members of    public. The charges are $110 per month inclusive of GST. You would need to apply via Public Service Centre.

11. How much are your car park charges?

        The car park tariff as follows:-

Weekdays

00:00 to 12:00  - $1.20 per hours

12:00 to 14:00 – Lunch time free parking

14:00 to 17:59 - $1.20 per hours

18:00 to 23:59 - $2.40 per entry

Weekend

00:00 to 17:59  - $1.20 per hours

18:00 to 23:59 - $2.40 per entry


Public Holiday

12. What are the operating hours for the Festive Walk?

 The Festive Walk is opened 24 hours and commuters can walk through the development from Tampines Street 82 to Avenue 5 at any time as the sheltered passageway is accessible at all times. It is connected to Tampines Central Park and residences via the sheltered walkway located at the end of Festive Walk West

 Coming soon: a pedestrian overhead bridge to connect people from OTH to Tampines Regional Centre.

13. Can I ride my bicycle through Festive Walk?

        Unfortunately, the festive walk is a no ride zone as we are catering specifically to pedestrians. As such, all cyclists will have to dismount and push. If you wish to ride, you will need to travel the perimeter of the development.

        In addition, the temporary bicycle lots are located at L1, beside the bus stop (facing Telepark), and behind the Hawker Centre.

14. Where can I park bicycle if I cycle to the hub?

  • Bicycle bay behind Starbucks

  • Bicycle bay at Arena @ OTH
  • Bicycle bay at Festive Walk West, beside shelter leading to HDB blocks

15. What is happening to the Darul Ghufran Mosque?

        The mosque is currently being upgraded and will be ready by end 2018. The mosque will be temporarily closed during the upgrading project. During this 2+ years period, Darul Ghufran will continue with operations/services at temporary facility beside the mosque, in front of the current Tampines Swimming Complex.

16. Is the development handicap friendly? Will wheelchair bound visitors be able to access all areas within the development?

        Yes, provisions have been made for our wheelchair bound visitors throughout the facility and visitors can also contact the Hub’s Management ahead of their visit, should special arrangements are needed to be made. The management can be reached at our_tampines_hub@pa.gov.sg

17. How will I know what events are happening at the Hub on any given day? How will I know what programs are being carried out or organized on a day-to-day basis?

        These details will be listed in OTH mobile app and users can access the different sections of the Hub i.e. Community, Lifestyle and Sports and find out what events are happening in each category on any given day.

18. Is there a mailing list for the Hub I can join where I can be kept posted on all events that are related to the Hub?

        In order to be kept posted on all events happening at the Hub, we invite you to download OTH mobile app as well as register as a volunteer so you will be first to know what the Hub has in store for residents and visitors.

19. How can we use the badminton courts?

        You can book for the courts at PSC (Public Service Centre).  The operational hours of PSC is from 7am to 10pm.

20. Where are the swimming pools located and there are how many pools are there?

        The swimming pools are located at Level 6. There are 6 pools in total, including an interactive pool, an Olympic sized pool, a competition pool, a synchronised diving pool, a Jacuzzi, and a wading pool.

21. Where are the family rooms located?

            Visitors can also enjoy Free Lunchtime Parking from 12pm to 2pm on weekdays (excluding Public Holidays and Eve of Public Holidays).

Safety and Security

  1. Lost and found items

            If I find a lost item, who do I hand the item to?

            There is a Security Officer stationed at the information counter. A found item report can be filed with the officer.

            If I lose an item, who do I check with?

            There is a Security Officer station at the information counter. A lost item report can be filed with the officer. If the item is found, it will be returned to the rightful owner.


  2. If require security assistance, who do I call?

            The Security Control Room can be contacted at 63403641.


  3. What to do for emergency situation when the fire bells rings?
    • Do not panic
    • Listen to PA announcement. If require to evacuate, use the nearest staircase to ground level and exit the building.


  4. What do I do if I find an unattended baggage?

        Inform the nearest security guard within the vicinity. Do not touch the bag.

  1. How many Dance Studios are located in Our Tampines Hub?

            There are a total of 4 dance studio located at level 1 of Our Tampines Hub.

    The sizes of the dance studio can take between 25 – 40 pax for dance / fitness and martial arts classes.

    The Dance Studios are fully equip with audio visual equipment


  2. How many Seminar Rooms are located in Our Tampines Hub?

            There are a total of 7 Seminar Rooms located at level 3 and level 4 of Our Tampines Hub

    Out of the 7 Seminar Rooms, 5 of the Seminar Rooms are located in Level 3 and 2 of the Seminar Rooms are located at level 4.

    They can accommodate between 14 – 40 pax.

    The Dance Studios are fully equipped with audio visual equipment


  3. How many Function Rooms are located in Our Tampines Hub?

            There are a total of 2 Function Rooms located at level 3 and level 4 of Our Tampines Hub.

    Both the Function Rooms can accommodate 100 – 120 pax.


  4. Where is the Wellness Centre? / How to sign up as Our Tampines Hub Wellness Members?

    The Wellness Centre is located at level 3 of Our Tampines Hub near Lobby A

    You can sign up for Our Tampines Hub Wellness Member if you meet all three of the criteria below:

  • Singaporean or PR
  • 50 years and above
  • Resident of Tampines GRC

    The Our Tampines Hub Wellness Members cost $5.00 for a lifetime membership and you can make your membership payment at the Public Service Centre

     

    5. What are some of the benefits of being an Our Tampines Hub Wellness Members?

            As an Our Tampines Hub Wellness member, you can have usage of the Our Tampines Hub daily from 9am – 6pm (except on Public Holidays)

    We will invite you to join classes and interest groups

    You can meet friends and expand your social circle


    Community Auditorium

    1. How many courts does the Community Auditorium have? 

              A total of 16 Badminton courts and 8 Table Tennis Courts

      Peak Hours: Mondays to Fridays from 6.00pm to 10.00pm and 7.00am to 10.00pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

      Non-Peak Hours: Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays) from 7.00am to 6.00pm


    2. What are the opening hours of the Community Auditorium?

              The Community Auditorium is open daily from 7am – 10pm

      It is only closed on 1st day of Chinese New Year

      Booking of the badminton/ table tennis courts are via www.one.pa.gov.sg or www.myactivesg.com


      Eco-Community Garden / Jogging Track

    3. Where can I get my Organic Fertiliser?

              The Organic Fertiliser will be distributed every fourth Sunday of the month at 10am – 11am One per person. While stocks last.


    4. Where is the Eco- Community Garden located? / What is in the Eco-Community Garden?

              The Eco-Community Garden is located at level 5

      The Eco-Community Garden house 60 different species of plants / vegetables / spices and Fruit Trees


    5. Can I sign up as a volunteer of for the Eco-Community Garden?

              Yes. You can email us at our_tampines_hub@pa.gov.sg and we will get back to you on the details of joining us as a volunteer


    6. Where is the jogging track located? / How long is the jogging track? / What is the opening hours of the jogging track?

              The jogging track is located at level 5 of Our Tampines Hub.

      The indoor jogging track is approximately 455meters and the outdoor and indoor track combined to be approximately 1.1km

      The jogging track is open daily between 6am – 12midnight


      Festive Arts Theatre

    7. What is Festive Arts Theatre (FAT)?

              FAT is a dedicated multi-purpose performing arts venue, equipped with 400 seats, 4K digital technology and Dolby 7.1 Surround Sound. Performances and events are done in collaborations the National Arts Council, including participation from Resident Arts Groups.

    8. Who manages Festive Arts Theatre?

              FAT is a collaboration between National Arts Council (NAC) and People’s Association (PA). It is dedicated arts performing space, housing resident arts group to nurture arts performances for the community especially living in the East. 


    9. Where is FAT located?

              Fat is located at level 2. It is opposite the National Library Entrance. The easiest access is escalators just next to Gate 1 of the Town Square (Main Entrance). Nearest Lift access is at Lobby J.


    10. Can anyone rent the facility of FAT?

               Yes, the venue can be rented and subject to the terms and conditions of Our Tampines Hub. Please send your enquiries to:  our_tampines_hub@pa.gov.sg


    11. Are the events at FAT ticketed?

               Yes, all events are ticketed (chargeable or free), FAT consists of a box-office at its entrance and ticket sales can also be done at Public Service Centre and Information Counter.


    12. Who manages the ticket sales?

              Currently, all ticket sales are managed in-house by Our Tampines Hub, unless stated otherwise.


    13. Will the ticket sales be sold by other agency?

         Tickets will be sold in-house or via SISTIC from Q4 2017.


Town Square

  1. What is the Town Square (TS)?

            TS is an 110,000 sq. ft. stadium that has been certified “FIFA QUALITY PRO” which has a seating capacity of 5065. It is a venue to hold not only football, but other kinds of sports ranging from Rugby to Zumba, Mass Dances and performances and many more.


  2. Who manages the Town Square?

            TS is a collaboration between SportsSG and People’s Association (PA). It is a sports and recreation stadium where communities can come and partake by simply enjoying their family day in any sorts during non-booking days. 


  3. Where is the Town Square located?

            TS is located in the centre of Our Tampines Hub. The entrance spans from level 2 to level 4. The general route to access are escalators in front of Public Service Centre (North side) and next to Lobby J (South side) which is facing the bus stop. Nearest Lift access is at Lobby J at South Plaza and Lobby B which is at the back of the information counter.


  4. Where are the access points to the Town Square?
    • Through shutters/gates on 1st level for non-ticketed events (4 key entry nodes from the corners, in total 16 entry points on 1st level)
    • Through turnstiles on 2nd/3rd/4th levels for ticketed events via gates 17/18/19 on both North and South entrances.


  5. How are the stadium seats distributed?

            The upper deck consists of 1996 seating capacity and the lower deck has 3069 seating capacity

  6. What are the facilities within the Town Square?
    • The Commentator’s Box
    • Control Room
    • Broadcast Room (4th level)
    • Executive Lounge (2nd Storey)
    • Media Room & Tribune Room
    • VIP Multi-Purpose Room

    • There are also 4 Concession Stalls on the outskirts at level 1 which are not operated yet at the moment

  7. What kind of events can be held at TS?

  • Football matches
  • Mass Dance performances
  • Concert
  • All community-related events
  • Tampines GRC level events
  • Non sporting events such as Zumba, Yoga and others.


8. Can I bring food and drinks into the Town Square?

        Food and beverages purchased from elsewhere are allowed in the Town Square, excluding bottled beverages and F&B items packed in tins.


9. Can anyone rent the facility of TS?

         Yes, the venue can be rented and subject to the terms and conditions of Our Tampines   Hub. The management reserves the absolute right to cancel or refuse any person, groups and all events can only be held with the Managements approval.


10. What are charges that applies at TS?

        Administration Fee, Deposit fee, 3rd party charges, venue charges, others as described in booking forms and/or contract.


11. Are the events at TS ticketed?

        Yes, all events are ticketed. TS is equipped with a turnstile gantry at its entrance and ticket sales can be done at both Public Service Centre and Information Counter.


12. Who manages the ticket sales?

        Currently, all ticket sales are managed in-house by Our Tampines Hub, unless stated otherwise.


13. Will the ticket sales be sold by other agency?

        Yes, OTH is already in talks to vendors such as SISTIC and soon will announce through its tender process on who manages its future ticket sales.
