Strengthen your mind and body with our FREE Pilates and Yoga lessons every Saturday! Lengthen those tight muscles, strengthen your core and improve your posture with Pilates & Yoga! Lessons will proceed as scheduled, rain or shine! ALL are welcome! Connect with the trainer-in-charge onsite & register before the start of your class.
